**Wat staat er jou te wachten als Area Manager?**

Voor het departement SERIS Security zijn we op zoek naar een area manager die de leiding wil nemen in het beheren van onze klanten in Brussel en de grote buitenrand eromheen tot ook een deel in Vlaams Brabant. De klanten bestaan uit grote bedrijven onder andere actief in de verzekeringen, consultancy tot bijvoorbeeld een Eurocontrol. Grote bedrijven dus.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
**Operationeel**
- Operationele coördinatie bij opstart van nieuwe contracten
- Beheer en opvolging van rekrutering & selectie, onthaal & opleiding, van agenten en postoverste voor de hem toegewezen werven/regio
- Beheer en opvolging van contractueel overeengekomen operationele parameters
- Beheer en opvolging van werkinstructies, aanwijzingen, kwaliteitsdoelstellingen, ISO-procedures, veiligheid en welzijn. en opvolging van werkmateriaal en -uitrusting
- Participeren en meewerken aan de verdere uitbouw van het MVO- beleid van SERIS
- Actieve aanwezigheid op het terrein, vertegenwoordiging van SERIS en belangenbehartiging
- Checken van de uitvoerbaarheid van de offertes voor contracten (operationeel akkoord)
- Operationeel contactpersoon en aanspreekpunt voor de klant, klachtenopvolging en bijsturing op terrein
- Finale controle op planningen en finaal aanspreekpunt voor invulling personeelseffectief in geval van problemen
- Beheer van productiviteitsparameters (CAO-respect) en voorstellen/ondernemen van correctieve acties/maatregelen

**Commercieel**
- Actieve en proactieve klantencontacten - draaischijf tussen SERIS (planning, sales, departement SERIS Technology) en klant
- Detecteren van gewijzigde/bijkomende klantenbehoeften en deze samen met sales commercieel uitbaten

**People**
- Direct aansturen van 2 coördinatoren en indirect aansturen van agenten/postoversten over de verschillende sites heen
- Aansturen, opvolgen en coachen van site
- en planning coördinatoren
- Onthaal van nieuwe agenten/CP en hun introductie op de werkposten
- Opvolgen van werkinvulling en initiëren/beheren van disciplinaire acties op het terrein
- Escalatie-persoon na chef post, site coördinator en planning coördinator
- Beheerder van opleidingsplannen voor de hem toegewezen agenten/postoversten/SC
- Beheerder van competentieprofielen individuele agenten (HR- database)
- Beheerder van functionerings
- en evaluatiegesprekken met site
- en planning coördinators/supervisors
- Beheerder van waarderings
- en appreciatiepolitiek

**Analyse**
- Analyseren, opvolgen en beheren van manpower, productiviteit, kwaliteit en rendabiliteit voor de hem/haar toegewezen werven/regio

**Profielbeschrijving**:

- Je hebt kennis van en ervaring in de bewakingssector
- Je beschikt over een opleiding strategisch leidinggevende
- Je beschikt over leidinggevende capaciteiten, zoals medewerkers kunnen aansturen en motiveren
- Je hebt een commerciële ingesteldheid, een goed communicatief vermogen en contactvaardigheden
- Je bent dynamisch en stressbestendig, eerlijk en loyaal
- Je kan jezelf snel aanpassen aan het bedrijfscultuur en zelf ook creatief te werk gaan
- Je beheerst heel vlot het Nederlands, Frans en het Engels
- Je bent assertief, durft beslissingen nemen en probeert een taak altijd tot een goed einde te brengen.
- Je hebt zin voor initiatief en je kan goed zelfstandigheid te werk gaan
- Je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
- Je hebt een planning
- en organisatietalent
- De functie van area manager is zeker geen 9-17job, flexibiliteit is zeer belangrijk.
