**YOUR MISSIONS**:
**As a VDI Specialist, you will have a range of responsibilities, including**:

- Managing the **VDI infrastructure** and its integration in the GSC landscape, ensuring 3rd line support and ticket handling, and collaborating with external parties for escalated incidents/problems
- **Designing architecture** and conducting technical evaluations of alternatives available on the market
- Handling the migration of** new systems** into the production environment, such as new Windows versions or software products, including defining procedures, training operators, and developing tools
- Evaluating the **quality and efficiency of operations** by defining and implementing metrics, periodically monitoring metrics, and proposing measures to improve operations' quality and efficiency
- **Assessing training requirements**, developing training courses, implementing training sessions, and evaluating training results

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- **Master's degree in IT** and a minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluency in **English** (knowledge of another European language is a plus)
- Excellent knowledge of **ITIL** best practices in ICT operations
- Recent practical experience with ICT operations in the** VDI workstations domain**, including setup, 3rd line support, implementation, SLA follow-up, improvement projects, and escalations.
- Knowledge of **VMware Horizon View architecture** and deployment
- Proficiency in creating **PowerShell scripts** to facilitate the management of the **VDI environments**:

- Proficiency in creating and **managing virtual machines**, including different Windows operating systems
- **Strong knowledge of tools** for ICT management
- **Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues** with virtual desktop connections and performance
- Knowledge of **VMware vSphere and vCenter** management
