**BIJ WELKE DIENST KOM JE TERECHT?**:
Het departement Digital Business Solutions (DBS) ondersteunt alle vakactiviteiten van Sibelga. Het zorgt ervoor dat Sibelga beschikt over autonome informatica die inspeelt op de evolutie van haar behoeften en de technologieën.

Binnen het departement DBS helpt het ERP-team (unit **IT Service Management, Transition & ERP**) de departementen HR, Finances, Logistiek en Aankopen bij het optimaliseren van hun werkmethodes en het verbeteren van de gebruikerservaring. In dat kader staat het team in voor wijzigingen aan de bestaande toepassingen of voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe oplossingen die beantwoorden aan de behoeften van de interne klanten. Het ERP-team bestaat uit een tiental professionals: projectleiders, functioneel analisten en ontwikkelaars. In het kader van zijn transformatieopdracht is het team vandaag op zoek naar een **Functional Analyst**. Je werkt rechtstreeks onder de verantwoordelijkheid van de teammanager ERP.

**JOUW JOB**:

- **Analyse en inschatting**: Je brengt de behoeften van de interne klanten in kaart met behulp van afdoende methodes zoals workshops. Je beoordeelt de behoeften en indien nodig stel je de business voor uitdagingen (je werkt de argumenten schriftelijk uit om tot een historiek van de denkoefening te komen) aangaande de timing en de kosten die aan die wijzigingen zijn gekoppeld.
- ** Oplossingen voorstellen**: Je bepaalt verschillende opties of benaderingswijzen in functie van de behoeften.
- Je stelt een **bestek** op met alle componenten. Dat zal als vertrekpunt dienen voor de overheidsopdrachten voor alle oplossingen.
- ** Beheer van de impact**: Je analyseert de consequenties van de veranderingen op de bestaande systemen om de integriteit ervan veilig te stellen.
- ** Continuïteit van de dienstverlening en maintainability van de oplossingen**: Je staat er borg voor dat de ingevoerde oplossingen stabiel zijn en de maintenance ervan vlot kan verlopen.
- ** Configuratie en coördinatie**: Je zorgt voor de nodige configuraties en werkt samen met de ontwikkelaars of externe dienstverleners volgens de vastgelegde specificaties.
- ** Documentatie**: Je houdt de referentiedocumentatie bij voor een optimale traceerbaarheid.
- ** Kwaliteit en implementatie**: Je stelt de testplannen op, je houdt toezicht op de testen, je controleert de kwaliteit en je verzorgt de implementatie.
- ** Opvolging van incidenten**: Je zorgt ervoor dat incidenten snel verholpen worden en je beheert problemen om een continue dienstverlening te garanderen.

**JOUW PROFIEL**:

- Je hebt een universitair diploma in een economische, industriële, wetenschappelijke of informaticarichting.
- Je hebt minimum 3 jaar ervaring als functioneel analist. Daarbij gaat het om transversale transformatieprojecten.
- Je bent vaardig in het **configureren van applicaties**.
- Je bent vertrouwd met **‘low-code’-applicaties**.
- Je hebt ervaring met het gebruik van **Jira** en **middleware van interfaces**.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans en je hebt kennis van het technisch Engels.
- Je bent goed **georganiseerd** en je gaat **nauwgezet** te werk.
- Je stelt je efficiënt en **flexibel** op bij het uitvoeren van de dienstprestaties.
- Je hebt een actieve **luisterhouding** en je bent **sterk in analyse en synthese**. Daarnaast ben je ook heel **klant
- en resultaatgericht**.
- Je bent **communicatief en je hebt een vlotte pen**.
- Kennis van de energiesector wordt op prijs gesteld.
