**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure that the Spa & the Massage Room maintains an ambiance of immaculate elegance and pristine luxury at all times.
- Ensure the massage room is a sanctuary of safety and privacy, providing guests and members with a secure and tranquil environment.
- Exemplify the epitome of professionalism and courtesy, delivering a service that exceeds expectations at every touchpoint.
- Perform expert massage sessions with precision and care, adhering meticulously to the massage schedule to provide guests with blissful experiences tailored to their needs.
- Foster meaningful connections with guests and members, actively soliciting and relaying feedback to the Head Therapist ensuring continuous improvement and satisfaction.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, communicating effectively to improve spa operations and guest satisfaction.
- Perform a variety of massages, body treatments, and wellness therapies with skill and precision, catering to each guest's unique needs and preferences in maintaining the highest standards of excellence and ensuring each experience is nothing short of extraordinary.
- Take the time to explain treatments and therapies to guests, offering knowledgeable recommendations to enhance their spa experience and promote overall well-being.
- Maintain open communication with guests during treatments, adjusting techniques as needed to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
- Contribute to a positive work environment characterized by professionalism, teamwork, and a commitment to excellence, embodying the luxury ethos
**CONFIDENTIALITY**
- Whist working for the Company there will be access to a wide variety of confidential information concerning the Company, guests and employees.
- It is vital that all such information remains confidential and must not be disclosed to anyone outside the Company, guests and employees, unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the Employee Handbook for full policy details.
**HEALTH & SAFETY**
- To be aware of and comply with safe working practices as stipulated by the Health and Safety Act and as applicable to your place of work. This will include the incumbent’s awareness of any specific hazards at the work place.
- The wearing of appropriate protective clothing provided by or recommended by the Company will be obligatory.
- To report any defects in the building, plant or equipment according to hotel procedure.
- To ensure that any accidents to staff, guests or visitors are reported immediately in accordance with correct procedures.
**OTHER INFORMATION**
- As the hotel’s level of business varies considerably, there is a need for flexibility in attitude, approach and working hours.

- Previous guest exposure in the Tourism and Hospitality Industry especially in a Spa
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch (Additional European Language is a super plus)
- Impeccable presentation and grooming, reflecting our commitment to luxury.
- Mastery of massage techniques and aesthetic treatments.
- Energetic and enthusiastic, with a genuine passion for the Hospitality Industry.
- Excellent communication skills are essential
- Prior experience in high-end hospitality
**Education or Qualification**:
- Certification or license in massage therapy or a related field is required, ensuring proficiency and adherence to industry standard
