**Jobomschrijving**:

- Als business analyst zit je in de unieke positie om ‘bedrijfsstrategie’ naar ‘optimalisatie’ om te buigen. Voor de gehele organisatie zorg je voor de voortdurende verbetering van alle operationale processen (operations, IT, finance, en general management)
- Je hebt een impactrijke rol waarbij je toegang hebt tot de gehele organisatie.
- Je brengt in kaart waar belangrijke verbeteringen mogelijk zijn.
- Je bent in alle fases van het verbeteringsproces betrokken, van design over ontwikkeling tot implementatie.
- Je lanceert de uitvoering van de verbeterprojecten en volgt de resultaten op, samen met je team en de afdeling Operations.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de spilfiguren in het bedrijf jouw visie gaan delen en ondersteunen in het bedrijf

**Jouw profiel**:

- Als business analyst heb je een academische opleiding en mínimaal 5 jaar relevante werkervaring in een grote organisatie.
- Je denkt strategisch en je houdt van het analyseren van cijfers en data.
- Je hebt een passie voor het verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen.
- Je voelt je goed binnen een operationele omgeving en verwerft graag inzicht in het verloop van de logistieke operaties.
- Je bent analytisch sterk en kan gemakkelijk de vertaalslag maken van de theorie naar de praktijk.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en assertief om op een correcte manier te communiceren met de verschillende stakeholders
- Je drukt je vlot uit in N/F/E.
- Je werkt in de hoofdzetel in Drogenbos maar verplaatst je geregeld naar de verschillende distributiecentra van het bedrijf.
