**Cluster General Manager** to join our dynamic team here at Radisson Hotel Group and manage two properties in Belgium, the Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport and the Park Inn by Radisson Leuven.

**The Cluster General Manager Role**

Our hotel management team are industry experts and recognised leaders with the ability to prioritise a complex and hands-on workload, and who strive to deliver an experience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for our guests.
- Our **Cluster General Managers** enjoy the challenge of running our show. It’s what makes your heart beat faster
- You will balance executing and delivering the masterplan with a strategic focus on guest experience, revenue generation and achieving commercial results for our stakeholders
- You will work with Heads of Department to maximise business opportunities and brand reputation, as well as ensuring adherence to legislation, due diligence requirements and managing the hotel budget
- Reporting to the Regional Director, you will work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the hotel

**Qualities We Are Looking For In Our Cluster General Manager**
- Fluent in Dutch and English, French would be an advantage

The Park Inn by Radisson Leuven is located within walking distance of Leuven city centre, close to Leuven’s main attractions and is just steps away from Central Station, from which it's only a 15-minute commute to Brussels International Airport. We have 133 stylish guest rooms and a well-equipped business centre and flexible meeting spaces. Indoor public parking facilities are available near the hotel.

The Park Inn by Radisson Brussels Airport is a 162 room hotel that features a stylish decor, and a faboulous on-site restaurant called RBG Grill. The restaurant also include the upscale Live-Inn Room Bar & Lounge and we have 9 professional meeting spaces.
