**Payroll Specialist - Europe**
**Your challenge**
- As Payroll Specialist EU, you will be responsible for a seamless monthly payroll for ca. 350 Tosca team members across Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, UK, Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Poland and Turkey. You will ensure correct and on time payment while keeping track of absences, leaves, bonuses etc. You will actively contribute to keep our HRIS (SAP SuccessFactors) up to date._
You will inform and answer questions from your HR colleagues, managers and employees in a way that they feel valued and heard, without losing sight of HR policies and compliancy to local legislation.
On a constant basis you will be collaborating with local payroll offices.
This role will give you plenty of room to implement improvements. Besides the day-to-day, the position focuses on centralizing and standardizing payroll processes and achieving synergy benefits in terms of effectiveness, efficiency and cost.
You will be part of the Human Resources Team with colleagues in Aartselaar (Belgium), the United Kingdom and Germany. You will report to the HR Director EU.
**Your profile**
- You have minimum 3 years of payroll experience in one or more of the European countries you will be responsible for, preferably within a medium-sized business with international expansion
- You have a solid understanding of employment, social and tax law in one or more of the European countries you will be responsible for with the ability to strengthen your knowledge in other regions quickly
- You are an enthusiastic self-starter who is passionate about owning projects, delivering on commitments, and contributing to process optimization
- You customer-focused in your approach and you communicate easily with internal and external stakeholders
- You are a team player
- Integrity, reliability, and transparency are in your DNA
- You are fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch and/or German is a considered a plus - any other language is an asset
