Port of Antwerp-Bruges heeft een belangrijke rol in de dagelijkse werking van de haven. Zo'n 1 800 medewerkers werken dag en nacht aan een klantgerichte dienstverlening, een optimale infrastructuur, innovatieve projecten en de promotie van de haven in binnen-en buitenland. Zij zetten zich samen in om de rol van Port of Antwerp-Bruges als duurzame wereldhaven te verstevigen. Onze missie? Port of Antwerp-Bruges, thuishaven als hefboom voor een duurzame toekomst.
Voor de uitvoering van haar opdracht doet het havenbedrijf in toenemende mate beroep op de mogelijkheden van digitalisering en wil het ook actief innovatie omarmen. Het departement Digital & Innovation is daar de eindverantwoordelijke voor. Met een 100 tal medewerkers staat het in voor het beheer van de infrastructuur en de kernapplicaties en ontwikkelt het ook innovatieve toepassingen die de operationele werking van de eigen organisatie en havengemeenschap ondersteunen. Daarnaast onderzoeken en implementeren ze heel wat innovatieve toepassingen zoals drones, sensoren, slimme camera’s en autonome schepen. Hier kan je meer informatie terug vinden.
Wil je bijdragen aan de verbetering van de havenprocessen? Als business solutions architect werk je projectmatig en hou je contact met verschillende stakeholders.
**Jouw uitdaging**:
Een greep uit jouw gevarieerde takenpakket:
- Je organiseert workshops met interne en externe stakeholders voor het implementeren van innovatieve technologische oplossingen ter verbetering van de havenprocessen
- Je bewaakt de integriteit van de oplossing binnen het domein (bv. asset management) en hoe deze past binnen de Enterprise Architectuur
- Je bouwt expertise op in één of meer relevante business domeinen zodat je de managers en medewerkers van de verschillende afdelingen van het Havenbedrijf proactief kan ondersteunen bij het realiseren van hun doelstellingen en ambities
- Je stelt business requirements en bakent de scope af van projecten, in functie van strategische keuzes en prioriteiten
- Samen met je team heb je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid voor duidelijk afgelijnde (onderdelen van) projecten
- Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor de andere Enterprise architecten, solution architecten, developers, managers en eindgebruikers van de oplossing
- Je stelt gedetailleerde technische ontwerpen en migratiescenario’s op
**Jouw profiel**:
- Je behaalde een masterdiploma en je hebt interesse voor of sterke affiniteit met digitale transformatie, (smart) port operations, supply chain processen of intermodaal vervoer
- Je hebt ten minste drie jaar professionele ervaring als business architect of als functioneel analist in agile projectomgevingen
- Je hebt kennis van architectuurmethoden (vb. TOGAF) en hebt deze ook toegepast
- Je bent gedreven en ervaren in het creëren en visualiseren van data
- en conceptuele modellen
- Je bent creatief, beschikt over analytische vaardigheden en je geeft blijk van een helicopterview
- Je bent communicatievaardig en kan op een effectieve manier informatie overbrengen naar de user community, de collega's en het management
- Jouw sterke punten? Je neemt zonder aarzelen initiatief, je communiceert op een verbindende manier en je weet anderen te motiveren en inspireren
- Je hebt ervaring met projectmatig werken en je weet zowel op de ‘hoe’ als de ‘wat’ te focussen
