We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Study Physician to join our dynamic team in Braine-l’Alleud in Belgium.
**About the role**
**What you’ll do***
- Serve as a key member and potentially lead the Clinical Sub-teams of projects.
- Develop and maintain a network of Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) with expertise in early clinical development studies.
- Provide clinical input into regulatory strategies, development plans, protocols, and feasibility studies.
- Serve as the physician-to-physician contact in clinical trials, answering questions related to clinical protocols.
- Support interactions with IRB/IEC and Ministries of Health (or local BOH).
- Attend and participate in investigator meetings and Global or Regional Advisory Boards.
- Conduct safety reviews in clinical studies and resolve medical issues during clinical trials.
- Ensure accuracy in the translation of medical information related to clinical trials.
- Lead the planning, implementation, and follow-up of regulatory agency inspections and internal audits
- Lead the Clinical Development input into project teams and clinical sub-teams.
- Work in partnership with Therapeutic Area (TA) clinical experts to ensure high-quality and feasible Clinical Development Plans (CDPs).
- Establish a network of KOLs for the delivery of experimental medicine studies.
**I**nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following** **education, experience** **and **skills***
- Medical Degree (MD) with specialization in a relevant field.
- Experience in Early Drug Development.
- Proven track record of successful contributions to projects and running clinical studies across a range of therapeutic areas.
- Strong knowledge of the overall drug development process and regulatory frameworks, particularly with respect to early studies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external opinion leaders, including pharmaceutical regulatory agencies (e.g., FDA, EMEA).
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and solve complex problems independently.
High performer with strong team commitment and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
