**Responsibilities**:
As a Data Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our Global Integration Program. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating closely with senior project managers to enhance the quality of customer master data in SAP and related systems.
- Daily involvement in cleaning, completing, and enriching records for our diverse customer base spanning over 100 countries.
- Taking charge of customer master data creation, correction, completion, and maintenance.
- Analysing operational master data status and proactively communicating with stakeholders.
- Preparing and delivering deficiency and status reports related to master data.
- Assisting the Project Manager team in devising and implementing strategies to improve master data quality.
- Contributing to project evaluation and refining the customer master data processes.
**Requirements**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's Degree or be currently pursuing one.
- A meticulous approach with an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Experience with SAP and Excel, which will be considered advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills, allowing you to analyse and interpret data effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills for seamless interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
- A fast learner who is eager to comprehend complex processes.
- Enthusiastic and driven, with a track record of achieving results.
- Outstanding organizational skills and a knack for multitasking.
- A customer-centric mindset that aligns with our values.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and potentially other languages.
