Ahoy daar, toekomstige Branch Manager Wij zoeken niet zomaar een manager. We zoeken een kapitein, een stuurman, een leider die het Antwerpse kantoor door de uitdagende maar oh-zo-spannende wateren van rekrutering en selectie kan loodsen. Klaar om het roer over te nemen en koers te zetten naar succes?

**Wie is onze klant eigenlijk?**

**Onze zeer toffe klant, al zeggen we het zelf **is een selectie
- en rekruteringsbureau dat mensen verbindt met tijdelijke én vaste jobs in uiteenlopende sectoren. Maar ze zijn meer dan dat: ze investeren in mensen. Ze willen dat hun medewerkers met een glimlach naar het werk komen, en misschien binnenkort ook **jij** Oh, en vergeet niet: ze werken keihard, maar ze **feesten** nog harder.

- **Een team bouwen**: Terwijl jij je targets behaalt, zoek je actief naar de juiste mensen om je team uit te breiden. Jij weet hoe je de juiste talenten aantrekt
- **Leiding nemen**: Zodra het team staat, ben jij de drijvende kracht die iedereen naar succes leidt. Jij zorgt ervoor dat iedereen dezelfde koers vaart
- **Sales & klantgerichtheid**: Je bent zowel een commercieel wonder als een mensenmens. Jij weet nieuwe klanten aan te trekken en kandidaten te matchen met de perfecte job.
- **Hands-on mentaliteit**: Geen mooie praatjes zonder daden. Jij hebt geen schrik om zelf de telefoon te pakken, kandidaten te zoeken en klanten te overtuigen.

**Wat heb je in je rugzak?**
- **Een paar jaar ervaring** in de uitzend
- en rekruteringswereld. Jij weet hoe de hazen lopen in deze sector.
- Een sterke **commerciële flair**: targets zijn jouw brandstof en nieuwe klanten binnenhalen voelt als winnen.
- **Zelfstartend vermogen**: je hebt geen grote teams of uitgebreide structuren nodig om dingen voor elkaar te krijgen. Jij gaat zelf aan de slag en weet hoe je resultaat boekt.
- **People skills**: je weet mensen te motiveren, te coachen en het beste uit je team te halen zodra dat op poten staat.
