WHAT'S THE ROLE

We’re looking for a trilingual (French/Dutch/English) Car Fleet and Administrative Officer, who will join the Facilities team of Hilti Belux. 70% of your time will be dedicated to fleet management tasks. Next to this, you will support your team members with administrative tasks and be their back-up during holidays, absences, or illness.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?
- As a car fleet expert at Hilti Belux, you will be in charge of the fleet of 250 company cars and will be the go-to person for all our employees’ car related questions.You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining our employee database
- Ensuring the daily follow-up of the mailbox to support our drivers
- Organizing car intakes for new joiners, internal car swaps and car returns for leavers
- Monthly follow-up on car damages, repairs and fines
- Next to the car fleet management, you will also support the team with administrative tasks and general support, such as:
- Hotel reservations, booking of taxis, etc.
- Booking meeting rooms
- Assistance in ticketing system for all support requests related to the office, IT and mobile phones
- Invoice approval

- Strong verbal and written communication in Dutch, French and English
- You have at least 2 years’ experience in car fleet management
- A previous experience in office management is a plus
- You are detail oriented and a real team player
- You are used to handling urgent requests, can easily adjust to last minute changes and are hands-on
- Solution-driven and pro-activity are keywords that describe you
- Being service-minded is key in this position as you are the go-to person for questions/issues related to our car fleet
