**Doelstelling**:
Will you be our new colleague?
To strengthen our current team of technical professionals, we are looking for a Learning Representative.

**Voornaamste taken**:
The Learning Representative consultant takes on a key scope of work in ensuring adherence to the site technical learning process within his/her area (process, unit, department,...).
- operational effectiveness, efficiency and compliance of the technical learning process, thus making sure the necessary technical learning processes are implemented & applied correctly.
- on top of area's learning needs and lay the groundwork for confident/competent task execution by Puurs employees.
- works very closely with the site L&D Department, Leadership positions, Process Owners & Business System Owners.
- assessing learning needs and defining learning solutions
- In delegation of the department supervisor/manager responsible for an effective, compliant and efficient learning strategy.
- Interact with different stakeholders (users, process owners, learning representatives,...) to enhance learning
- Ensure procedures and training materials are implemented (formal learning)
- Assist with curriculum management activities (approval, review, assignment)
- Coaching/mentoring colleagues on technical learning process and promote alternative leaning methods
- Understand the compliance requirements related to Technical learning Mgmt
- Install tools to improve the training/learning culture in the department
- Designated person in charge for audit preparation and inspection readiness initiatives regarding technical learning
- Monitor and report process/learning performance to supervisor/manager
- Map learning needs and implement learning solutions
- Facilitates the periodic curricula review
- Install monthly self inspections regarding training and reporting within the department (Gemba)

- Customer focused (understands the different needs (business / organization / compliance); ability to empathize and understand the working environments of colleagues involved in the process
- Change agent & ability to build a proactive learning culture: motivates others, negotiates appropriately and installs tools to improve the learning strategy
- Driven to get things done at different levels
- Able to handle pushback and resistance in a calm, measured way. As new information comes to light, willing to recalibrate the plan if necessary
- Strong stakeholder management
- Work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Embraces change and makes the best of any situation due to a positive and constructive mindset
