**En quoi consiste votre quotidien chez Equans ?**
- vous faites partie d’une équipe d’une cinquantaine d’analystes, d’architectes, de développeurs, d’SDM, de coordinateurs de services et PL
- vous analysez les besoins des différents utilisateurs professionnels à travers différents projets
- vous utilisez une méthodologie agile
- vous comblez le fossé entre l’entreprise et les développeurs
- vous êtes en mesure de personnaliser ou de paramétrer les suites logicielles lorsque cela est possible
- vous préparez et exécutez les tests de la solution
- vous documentez les processus, les exigences, les solutions, les guides d'utilisation
Dans le cadre de vos missions, vous serez en contact avec le CIO, les équipes infrastructures, les divisions métiers, les équipes de support, les chefs de projet SI et d’autres analystes.

- vous possédez au moins 5 ans d'expérience en analyse fonctionnelle et/ou commerciale
- vous avez travaillé au moins 2 ans dans un environnement agile
- vous maîtrisez les logiciels suivants : MS Office, Azure devops, Visio
- toute connaissance des solutions Cloud et de la connectivité est un plus
- vous savez travailler en toute autonomie
- vous communiquez de façon concise, mais bienveillante, et vous êtes très sociable
- vous êtes proactif et vous êtes à même de résoudre des problèmes
- vous êtes tourné vers les clients et intéressé par l’apprentissage
- vous valorisez le succès de l’équipe plus que vos accomplissements personnels
- vous êtes ouvert à vous déplacer régulièrement sur tous les sites d'Equans en Belgique
- vous maîtrisez totalement l'anglais, mais aussi le néerlandais et le français
