Met een geïnstalleerd vermogen van 725 MW is Luminus de onbetwiste marktleider binnen de Belgische windenergiesector. Ons huidige portfolio omvat 279 operationele windturbines, die voldoende groene energie leveren om 400.000 gezinnen van stroom te voorzien sinds december 2023.
Wij hebben een ambitieus doel gesteld: tegen 2027 streven wij naar een aanzienlijke uitbreiding van ons windturbinepark, met als uiteindelijk doel een capaciteit van meer dan 1000 MW. Deze groei is cruciaal om niet alleen het milieu te beschermen, maar ook om te voldoen aan de verplichtingen van de Kyoto-akkoorden en de doelstellingen van de Europese Unie. Daarom blijven wij voortdurend investeren in technologische vooruitgang op het gebied van windenergie.
Als **Wind Project Developer **draag jij de verantwoordelijkheid voor de ontwikkeling van nieuwe windturbineparken. Je begeleidt het gehele proces, vanaf de prospectiefase tot aan de uitvoerings
- of constructiefase. Je rapporteert regelmatig aan je teamcoach en deelt actief je kennis met zowel je team als daarbuite
**TAKEN**
- Je verkent en analyseert kansen met betrekking tot de verdere uitbreiding van het windturbinepark van Luminus. Na een interne haalbaarheidsstudie definieer je het projectconcept. Je onderhoudt communicatie met stakeholders voor het afsluiten en onderhandelen van contracten en offertes.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van een portefeuille van windprojecten in verschillende stadia van ontwikkeling. De projecten zijn zeer gevarieerd, variërend van verkennende studies tot diepgaande technische en economische haalbaarheidsstudies, vergezeld van vergunningsaanvragen en complexe juridische dossiers, tot aan de ingebruikname van het windpark.
- Je beheert de technische ontwikkeling en aansluiting op het elektriciteitsnet, in nauwe samenwerking met de netbeheerder en onze netwerkexpert. Ondersteuning van het team bij vergunningsaanvragen, inclusief het opvolgen van architecten, studiebureaus en technische ondersteuning, is een integraal onderdeel van je taken om de benodigde machtigingen en vergunningen te verkrijgen.
- Je bouwt en onderhoudt nauwe relaties met lokale autoriteiten en regelgevende organen zodat je de lopende projecten volgens de verwachtingen kan afleveren. Hiertoe behoren bv. besprekingen met partijen zoals ANB, INBO,Met de steun van Corporate Affairs verdedig je jouw projecten bij ambtenaren en het kabinet van de verantwoordelijke minister voor het afleveren van een vergunning.
- Je zorgt voor een gedetailleerde business case voor het investeringscomité (samen met het wind management team). Deze business case wordt gebruikt voor het verder verkrijgen van de investeringsbeslissingen van het directiecomité en andere comités van de EDF groep.
- Je werkt nauw samen met onze interne stakeholders (vb: Productie, HSE, Legal, Purchasing, Optimisation en Corporate Affairs) om zo te waken over een optimaal projectverloop.
- Je verzorgt de wekelijkse rapportering van de projectstatus aan de team coach en de Head of Wind Development, waarbij je eventuele problemen en hindernissen ter sprake brengt en proactief op zoek gaat naar mogelijke oplossingen.
- Als specialist in je functie help en ondersteun je de minder ervaren collega’s. Je deelt je kennis proactief met je collega’s.
- Vervolgens zorg je voor een soepele overdracht aan het Wind Asset Management team dat verantwoordelijk is voor de bouw en implementatie.
- Je hebt een master diploma in een commerciële of technische richting.
- Je kunt ervaring aantonen op het gebied van duurzame of andere projectontwikkeling.
- Je spreekt zeer goed Nederlands en Engels.
- Je communiceert goed met verschillende interne en externe stakeholders.
- Je bent een echte ondernemer en je hebt een proactieve instelling.
- Je bent een echte teamplayer.
- Je denkt en handelt steeds vanuit een klantgerichte houding.
