**Responsabilités**:
Vous êtes responsable pour la comptabilité de A-Z pour des sociétés belges du groupe GBL
- La collecte, le contrôle et l’encodage des différents documents comptables (mouvements sur le portefeuille, factures d'achats, extraits bancaires, etc.)
- Les écritures de clôture mensuelle/trimestrielle
- La préparation des dossiers de clôture trimestrielle pour la consolidation
- La préparation des différentes déclarations obligatoires (Banque Nationale)
- Certaines analyses de contrôle de gestion
- La préparation des comptes annuels statutaires et le dossier d’audit externe y relatif
- Le suivi de la trésorerie, organisation des paiements et préparation des budgets
Vous apprenez les nouveaux outils acquis par GBL (Adfinity, Rydoo) et vous contribuez à leur bon fonctionnement et optimisation. Vous explorez les possibilités du nouvel outil comptable dans le cadre du reporting interne.
Vous suivez les comptabilités tenues par des partenaires externes (France, Allemagne, UK, Italie):
- Collecte des informations, gestion de la trésorerie, organisation des flux de documents (factures)
- Revue des clôtures fin du mois et des reportings préparés par les partenaires externes
Vous assistez le département fiscal, notamment dans le cadre de ses obligations déclaratives:
- La fourniture d’informations / pré-analyses sur certains sujets fiscaux (ex. : déductibilité des intérêts du groupe en Belgique)
- La préparation des différentes déclarations obligatoires (ISOC, TVA, précompte mobilier)
**Votre profil**:
- Vous êtes titulaire d'un bachelier en comptabilité et/ou économie Vous maîtrisez les techniques comptables belges (BE GAAP).
- Une connaissance du référentiel international IFRS est un plus
- Vous avez une connaissance de base des réglementations fiscales (ISOC, TVA, etc.) et un intérêt pour les matières fiscales
- Vous maîtrisez le français couramment, ainsi que le néerlandais et l’anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit
- Vous avez une expérience de minimum 3 ans dans une fonction similaire
- Vous avez déjà travaillé avec un ERP, la connaissance de Adfinity est un véritable atout
- Vous avez une très bonne connaissance d'Excel Vous êtes curieux et méticuleux, passionné par les chiffres, les mathématiques et les sujets financiers
- Vous êtes autonome, proactif, organisé et résistant au stress
- Vous êtes flexible et vous appréciez les environnements complexes
- Vous êtes disponible rapidement
