As a roadworker, you play a key role in maintaining and constructing our road infrastructure. Your tasks will vary in detail and complexity based on your experience and the specific requirements of our projects:

- Preparing the job site, including setting up safety signs
- Performing groundwork such as digging, leveling, and compacting the base
- Laying pavement, curbstones, and other road finishes
- Operating heavy machinery, such as excavators, rollers, and asphalt machines
- Repairing existing road infrastructure, such as filling potholes and repairing cracks in the pavement
- Adhering to safety regulations on the worksite and using necessary protective gear
- Communicating with colleagues and supervisors about work progress

**Job Requirements**
- You enjoy working outside and are not afraid of physical labor
- You are in good physical condition and willing to perform heavy tasks
- Knowledge of Dutch, or the willingness to learn it, is crucial for good communication
- Experience in road construction is a plus, but motivation and willingness to learn are just as important
- A class B driver's license is preferred, making you flexible in reaching various job locations
- A team player with good communication skills
- Safety is a priority for you; you are willing to obtain a VCA-certificate
- You are reliable, precise, and committed to quality to ensure the best results
