Our Benelux CyberSOC department is located in Utrecht and Brussels. Our Security Analysts are part of a European team, with over 250 analysts, spread over 14 CyberSOCs.
The CyberSOC teams **analyses **over 50 billion events each day, using our extensive portfolio of security solutions. The team **researches **the impact and root cause, makes sure **recovery actions** are taken and does **forensic analyses** on top of our detection activities. The Orange Cyberdefense CyberSOC teams are supported by our research and CERT teams, who provide us with information about threats and bring all the info together in the Orange Cyberdefense Datalake.
We are currently looking for **2 student**s who can help us with **several projects** in our CyberSOC. They will have the chance to contribute and participate in several CyberSOC developments, depending on personal interest and background.
Some solutions/products we are using, not limited to:
- Splunk
- MS Sentinel and Defender
- Palo Alto Cortex
- Vectra
We have **possibilities** related to our service offering, detection methods, automation and more. We are open to discuss any ideas or preferences.
For this project we are looking for Bachelor and Master students that:
- Are interested or already have knowledge about **automation**:
- Have a good of basic principles of **IT Network and Security**:
- Have a **hands-on attitude**:
- Have good verbal and written communication skills in **English **and **French/Dutch**
We expect the project to take about 12 weeks and the internship can take off as soon as possible. You'll work in our offices in Wijnegem & Evere.
