**Function**:
After an internal training period in our processes and tools, you will be responsible for drawing up and analyzing data and reporting the data. You report directly to the Finance & Admin Manager.

Your responsibilities include:

- Preparation of the sales invoices;
- Ensuring invoicing;
- Exchanging data with the department that collects the data;
- Deepen in to the entire invoicing process;
- Follow-up of non-invoiced items;
- Analysis of the purchase and sale prices of the transport for different customers;
- Inventory and analysis of information and its processing in reports and management information;
- Reporting deviations;
- You make a proactive contribution to our Continuous improvement methodology.

**Profile**:

- Bachelor working and thinking level, a degree in logistics and transport is an added value;
- You already have a first experience in a similar position;
- You have a command of both Dutch and English (both oral and written);
- Excel holds no secrets for you;
- You are stress resistant, driven and accurate;
- You are a real team player, you take responsibility and initiative.
