Noc Analyst

**The role involves;**
- Network Monitoring:

- Incident Response:.
- Bilingual Support:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for network configurations and procedures.
- Escalate issues to senior team members or other departments when necessary.
- Provide technical support on a range of network hardware, predominantly Cisco.
- Working with network team for troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems.
- Provide remote support to Field Engineers working on faults.

**Votre profil**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience as a NOC Analyst or in a similar network support role.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Troubleshooting WAN connection types including xDSL, FTTC, FTTP, and Ethernet.
- Troubleshooting Wireless WAN connection types including Cellular, Wi-Max, Satellite.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in both languages.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
- Equivalent demonstrable experience and working towards certifications acceptable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
