**Het avontuur**

Yonderland is een Europese groep van topmerken en retailconcepten gericht op outdoor waaronder A.S. Adventure, Juttu, Bever, Cotswold, Snow+Rock, Runnersneed en Ayacucho. Yonderland heeft meer dan 190 winkels in België, Luxemburg, Frankrijk, Groot-Brittannië en Nederland en is gevestigd in België.
- Met ons eigen merk Ayacucho, dienen we ons volop voor te bereiden op de komende wetgevingen & richtlijnen binnen de European Green Deal.
- We zijn op zoek naar een toegewijde en enthousiaste Sustainability Coordinator om ons team te versterken. Heb je kennis en/of sterke interesse van de EU Green Deal, passie voor data en affiniteit met outdoor en textiel?

**Het avontuur**:

- Op de hoogte blijven van wijzigingen in nationale en EU wetgeving en richtlijnen alsook waken over de naleving ervan.
- Verzamelen, structureren en analyseren van leveranciers-en productgegevens ter voorbereiding van het Digital Product Passport.
- Ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van kwaliteits
- en procescontroles om de integriteit en nauwkeurigheid van gegevens te waarborgen in samenwerking met je teamlead en leveranciers.
- Research naar en ondersteuning in de selectie van een software tool mbt het DPP ism IT & teamlead.
- Voorbereidend werk mbt Corporate Sustainability Reporting voor Ayacucho.
- Ondersteuning bieden in de processen mbt het bekomen en onderhouden van officiële accreditaties.
- Research doen naar relevante trends op gebied van meer duurzame materialen, productiemethodes & product design. Er mede voor zorgen dat er voortdurend en proactief voldaan wordt aan markt-en regelgevingsnormen.
- Ondersteuning bieden bij specifieke projecten (bv Quality manual & assurance)
- Ondersteuning bieden bij interne & externe communicatie mbt Ayacucho & duurzaamheidstopics.
- Je werkt nauw samen met en rapporteert aan de Ayacucho Brand & Buying manager.

**Je uitrusting**
- Bachelor of Master diploma + 3-5 jaren werkervaring.
- Je bent analytisch ingesteld.
- Je bent vlot met systemen en hebt sterke vaardigheden in Excel voor analyse, organisatie en presentatie van data.
- Je hebt een kritische mindset, bent detail-georiënteerd en begrijpt het belang van accurate data.
- Je hebt interesse om je vast te bijten in wetgeving en richtlijnen rond duurzame producten en productie.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken en je bewaakt en verbetert bestaande processen.
- Je bent leergierig.
- Je voertaal is Nederlands maar drukt je vlot uit in het Engels (mondeling en schriftelijk).
- Je begrijpt dat flexibiliteit belangrijk is in een snel veranderende context.
