Position description

**Function**:

- KPMG Law - Junior Associate

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- As a Paralegal, you’ll dive into an exciting world of legal adventures, becoming part of a team of 100 talented lawyers and paralegals. Every day will bring something new as you help keep everything running like a well-oiled machine. Your role will be crucial, and you'll get hands-on with a variety of tasks, such as:

- Prepare, review, and manage corporate legal documents on a range of topics
- Translate legal documents
- Draft minutes (shareholders' resolutions, board meetings, etc.)
- Handle document legalizations
- Take care of legal publications and follow up on them
- Draft corporate documents for changes within Belgian companies
- Assist with filing and publication requirements for Belgian branches
- Help with (de)registering companies at the Crossroads Bank of Enterprises
- Support the incorporation of new companies or setting up branch offices in Belgium
- Assist with the liquidation of companies and closing of branch offices
- Help clients with obtaining legalizations and sworn translations of legal documents for use at home or abroad

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- You hold a bachelor degree in Business Management with a option in paralegal studies.
- You speak Dutch and are fluent in English. A good knowledge of French is an asset.
- You have strong communication skills.
- You are organized and have an eye for details.
- You are effective, proactive and creative.
