**Main tasks**:
- Provides technical guidance to scrum team members, including re-use strategy (“layer cake”);
- Where applicable the LSA contributes to deep issue diagnosis;
- Active member of Pega Center Of Excellence;
- Collaborates closely with EASA’s enterprise IT architects, business representatives, solution architects and developers IT service managers;
- Use the Agency’s requirements management tool and works within the Agency’s project management methodology.
**Professional experience**:
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience;
- Certified Pega Lead System Architect (minimum version 8.5).
**Technical expertise**:
- Excellent knowledge of business & information analysis methods and techniques, and business process & information modelling;
- Proven experience in information, data modelling, data flows and data analysis;
- Professional experience in performing business & information analysis for IT development projects (web, software, infrastructure and security).
