Hey goal getter
Voor een sterke speler, actief in voeding die nummer 1 is binnen zijn segment, ben ik op zoek naar een quality assurance officer.
Hier ben je verantwoordelijk voor de opvolging van alle kwaliteitszaken.
Je rapporteert aan de quality operations manager.
Jouw takenpakket:
- Je zorgt dat de klanten tevreden zijn over de aangeboden producten.
- Je werkt samen met verschillende teams binnen het bedrijf om kwaliteitsproblemen tijdig te identificeren.
- Je ontwikkelt kwaliteitscontrolesystemen.
- Je voert audits en inspecties uit.
- Je voert RCA-analyses uit. Hier zoek je naar de hoofdoorzaak van mogelijke fouten of problemen.
- Je stelt rapporten op om de prestaties van het bedrijf op het gebied van kwaliteit te meten.
- Je organiseert vergaderingen.
- Je werkt nauw samen met de afdeling operations en productie om ervoor te zorgen dat de kwaliteitsstandaarden worden nageleefd.

Wie zoeken wij?
- Je bent in het bezit van minstens een bachelor.
- Je hebt ervaring binnen kwaliteit.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en Frans.
- Kennis van HACCP is een must.
- Je denkt mee naar verbeteringen op langetermijn.
- Je bent een administratieve duizendpoot.

- Kwaliteitsprocedures uitwerken en aanpassen en de correcte toepassing controleren
- Gevallen van non-conformiteit analyseren
Corrigerende acties bepalen en aanbevelen
- Het plan, de fases en de acties van kwaliteitsopvolging ontwikkelen en uitvoeren
- Een project leiden
