Je staat in voor het verwerken van verzekeringsaanvragen en bijvoegsels. Door jouw bijdrage help je onze de klanten te servicen en werkervaring op te doen.
**De job in een notendop**
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van (éénvoudige) bijvoegsels door het verwerken van afkopen van overlijdens
- en/of beleggingsverzekeringen, opzoeken in Identifin, registratie van klantendatabank, administratieve ondersteuning van de medische cel, drukwerkverdeling, ingave van slapende contracten, het opstellen van brieven ikv van Wettelijke uitkeringen,.
Je belangrijkste taak is echter het verwerken van bijvoegsels.
Je team bestaat uit dossierbeheerders en jouw rol hierin is het ondersteunen van de beheerders.
Een typische werkdag ziet er als volgt uit De collega’s groeten, starten met de afgesproken dagtaken, genieten van een deugddoende middagpauze om nadien de werkdag energievol verder te kunnen zetten. Uiteraard is er ook ruimte voor (koffie)pauzes.
**Jij hoeft geen witte raaf te zijn**
Al kan je er bij ons wel één worden. We zoeken vooral een straffe persoonlijkheid met een learning mindset.
Bij ons mag je volop je vleugels uitslaan als je iemand bent:
- die binnenkort een diploma bachelor zal behalen
- met algemene PC vaardigheden (Word, Excel, Outlook, )
- met zin om te leren in een teamgerichte omgeving
Je scoort extra met:
- tweetaligheid (Nederlands/Frans)
