Au profit des zones de police Ouest Brabant Wallon/ Braine l'Alleud/ Waterloo/ La Mazerine et en collaboration étroite avec les SPOC DPO désignés, le.la DPO:
- Veille au respect de la réglementation applicable en matière de protection des données personnelles et se tient continuellement informé des évolutions législatives;
- Identifie des besoins en sécurité, établit une politique de sécurité de protection de la vie privée (et un plan d'actions concrètes), fournit et prend les mesures nécessaires en cas de violation des données et porte une attention particulière aux domaines policiers qualifiés de sensibles tels que le traitement des données, l'exploitation des images caméras publiques, privées, policières, le partage d'informations, les nouvelles technologies,...;
- Assure la diffusion des procédures policières (et l'actualisation de celles-ci);
- Rend compte aux responsables du traitement et se trouve être le point de contact du COC;
- Gère des registres comme prévu par la loi, assure la déclaration des bases de données policières dans le registre de traitement ad hoc;
- Informe, conseille et sensibilise de manière indépendante, pas des avis, des séances d'informations, des formations, des conseils;
- Réalise des analyses d'impact (DPIA) et vérifie les déclarations de traitement avant soumission au COC;
- Reçoit des doléances (plaintes directes) des citoyens dans la matière du respect de la vie privée et du traitement des données et veille à ce que des mesures correctrices soient mises en place par les responsables de zones de police;
- Aide à une bonne gestion des archives;
- S'implique dès le démarrage de nouveaux outils pouvant contenir des données à caractère personnel;
- Participe à des réseaux DPO et à certains groupes de travail propres aux zones de police pour éclairer les chefs de corps dans le domaine de la sécurité de l'information (par exemple: bodycams, SharePoint, Wocodo, profil d'accès et de consultation des DB, etc.);
- Entretient des contacts réguliers avec les chefs de corps et/ou les SPOC désignés pour cette matière et met en place en collaboration avec les SPOC DPO des procédures policières adaptées au RGPD.
