Digital Analyst

As a Digital Analyst at The Value Hub, you will be at the forefront of optimizing digital capabilities. You will work closely with both business units and IT teams to enhance system functionalities and improve user experiences. Your role will be crucial in translating business needs into technical requirements and ensuring that digital solutions align with strategic goals.
**Responsibilities**:
- You are familiar with the basic principles of the world of Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
- Building bridges between business and IT is your middle name, as you oversee the functional interviews with our customers.
- You know various techniques to collect the requirements of a range of stakeholders.
- Writing Agile User Stories with the necessary acceptance criteria is child’s play for you.
- In a refinement session, you present the functional design of your user stories with your team(s) in a way that is understandable to the developers from a technical point of view.
- Knowledge of Domain Driven Design and Business Modeling? That’s a plus
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in using digital analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies
- Ability to work with large data sets and uncover meaningful insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
