**Heb jij de drang om klanten en je team te helpen groeien? Een natuurlijk talent oplossingen te vinden? Een voorliefde voor structuur en processen?**

Je neemt 2 Key Account Managers onder jouw ervaren vleugels, daarnaast ben je zelf ook actief op het terrein. Voor een tiental klanten ben jij het aanspreekpunt bij uitstek. Loopt het goed? Of minder goed? Mag het harder lopen? En hoe loopt het bij je team? Hebben zij ondersteuning nodig? Jij staat klaar om deze uitdagingen met beide handen aan te pakken en ze om te zetten in meetbaar positief resultaat. De klanten zijn gelukkig (gemeten klantentevredenheid) en groeien (cross
- en upselling). Daarvoor sta je garant. **Zo ben jij een belangrijke schakel in ons succes, doorheen België vanuit de verschillende kantoren van WEngage.**

**Profiel**

**Wie zoeken wij?**
- Je hebt een Master diploma of gelijkwaardig denkniveau door ervaring;
- Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans, ook Engels beheers je goed;
- De dienstensector die ken je goed, je hebt er immers actief in gewerkt. Jouw ervaring in leiding geven kan je goed aantonen in vorige functies;
- Natuurlijk ben je extravert en oplossingsgericht. Stilletjes wachten tot je gebeld wordt, dat zou pas gek zijn;
- Procesmatig en gestructureerd werken vind je normaal, je schiet graag in actie en wil resultaat zien;
- Een lange termijn relatie uitbouwen die leidt tot evolutie - geen revolutie - is je ding;
- Samenwerken met operationeel management en creatieve oplossingen zoeken voor een klant is een vanzelfsprekendheid. Je deelt graag je kennis en ervaring met anderen en ziet er geen graten in om de eindverantwoordelijkheid op je te nemen.
