..**Wat doe je?**:
**Leid het recruitmentproces**: Als Senior Recruitment Consultant ben jij de expert in jouw vakgebied. Je hebt uitgebreide ervaring in het vinden van topkandidaten voor uitdagende functies. Je neemt de leiding in het volledige recruitmentproces, van het opstellen van vacatures en het aantrekken van geschikte kandidaten tot het voeren van diepgaande interviews en het presenteren van kandidaten aan de interne Hiring Managers.

**Bouw sterke relaties op**: Naast het vinden van talent, ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het opbouwen en onderhouden van sterke interne klantrelaties. Je begrijpt de behoeften van de Hiring Managers, adviseert hen over recruitmentstrategieën en zorgt voor een optimale match tussen kandidaten en projecten/afdelingen. Je bent een vertrouwde partner die waarde toevoegt aan hun recruitmentprocessen.

**Mentor en coach**: Als senior lid van het team speel je een belangrijke rol in het begeleiden en coachen van junior consultants. Je deelt jouw kennis, ervaring en best practices om hun groei en ontwikkeling te stimuleren.

**Waarin zal je uitblinken?**:
Wij zoeken een ervaren professional met mínimaal 5 jaar ervaring in recruitment. Je hebt bewezen succes behaald in het vinden en selecteren van topkandidaten voor diverse functies. Je hebt een uitgebreid netwerk en bent bekend met recruitmentstrategieën en -trends.

Als Senior Recruitment Consultant ben je gedreven door succes en resultaten. Je stelt hoge doelen voor jezelf en gaat proactief aan de slag om deze te bereiken. Je bent ambitieus en wilt continu groeien en excelleren in jouw vakgebied.

Je hebt sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en kunt effectief schakelen met kandidaten en klanten op verschillende niveaus. Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans en Engels.

**Hoe verloopt jouw onboarding?**:
Samen maken we van jouw start een succes Het ganse WEngage team staat klaar om jou met open armen te ontvangen. We zorgen er voor dat je wordt begeleid door ervaren collega’s die je wegwijs kunnen maken in ons bedrijf. Zij nemen je mee in de voor jouw functie belangrijke programma’s, werkmethodes en procedures en laten je kennis maken met de andere teams binnen WEngage. Tijdens je inloopperiode staan ze je bij met raad en daad, maar ook daarna kan je op hen rekenen.
