Functieomschrijving
Als Department Manager E&I ben je verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en ontwikkeling van de afdeling en het optimaal inzetten van de beschikbare middelen en het motiveren van jouw ploeg medewerkers. Je verzorgt de nodige commerciële contacten om de klantenportefeuille te onderhouden en uit te breiden.
Waar zal jij in uitblinken?
- Jouw focus ligt op het uitbouwen van het departement E&I Mouscron.
- Je implementeert de visie, organiseert het werk, pakt de problemen aan en staat hiervoor in direct contact met jouw medewerkers.
Je zorgt ervoor dat hun competenties goed worden beheerd en dat zij daar ingezet worden waar ze het beste (kunnen) presteren.
Door jouw aanpak en manier van communiceren voelen medewerkers zich ondersteund, betrokken en gemotiveerd.
Hierdoor draag je bij aan hun verdere groei en ontwikkeling zowel op technisch als persoonlijk vlak.
- Je realiseert de vooropgestelde doelstellingen van jouw departement in termen van volume, kwaliteit en marge. Je zorgt voor een doeltreffend beheer en rendabiliteit van de projecten en contracten binnen jouw afdeling.
- Hiervoor onderhoud je de nodige klantencontacten en stelt technische oplossingen voor aan (potentiële) klanten, zodoende de klantenportefeuille van de afdeling verder te ontwikkelen.
- Je ondersteunt en geeft mee vorm aan de kwaliteits-en veiligheidsdoelstellingen binnen jouw departement.
- Dankzij jouw flexibele mindset slaag je erin om veranderingstrajecten te begeleiden
- Je rapporteert aan de BU Manager Industry West
- Plaats van tewerkstelling: Moeskroen

- Je bent in het bezit van een Masterdiploma Elektriciteit of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent ondernemend en business-georiënteerd met een goeie feeling van de industriële markt waarbinnen wij actief zijn
- Je hebt aantoonbare kwaliteiten op het vlak van Operationeel Management: Analytisch, pragmatisch, resultaat
- en oplossingsgericht
- Je bent een echte People Manager en hebt een bewezen ervaring in het managen van teams.
- Als leidinggevende sta je stevig in je schoenen en laat je je niet uit jouw lood slaan tijdens piek momenten.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat jouw medewerkers succesvol zijn in hun job: Je coacht, motiveert en begeleidt hen en hebt oog voor hun welzijn.
- Je bent perfect tweetalig (Nederlands/Frans)
