At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Principal Project Manager to join our UniQue team in Braine-l'Alleud.

**What will you be bringing to the team?**
- The management of time, cost and quality of all facets of the assigned project(s)
- The management of requirements in coordination with the customer
- The management and motivation of project team(s) through clear guidance and assignment of work
- The development and maintenance of project plans
- The identification, planning, and allocation of resources to meet project milestones and/or initiate corrective actions when necessary
- Monitor and control project financial status and project progress to ensure resources are consumed in accordance with the approved budget and within the approved timelines
- The sustainment of effective communications with different stakeholders (internally and externally)
- The provision of relevant inputs to the various Agency's reports
- Represent the Agency in assigned committees, steering groups/boards as required
- Stay abreast of technological developments relevant to the area of work
- Deputize for higher staff as required

**Requirements**:
**What do you need to succeed in this position?**
- Have at least a Bachelor's degree
- Have a minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
- Have a recognised Service Management qualification (such as ITIL Foundation, ITIL specialist courses)
- Possess one of the recognised project management qualification (such as Prince2 Practitioner, MSP, PMP, Agile PM)
- Proven ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with good briefing skills.
- Considered as an advantage:

- Extensive experience with project planning toolsets, preferably ServiceNow is considered
- Experience and certification in Agile Project Management (Agile PM or Scrum) is considered
- Experience in supplier management, negotiations, conflict resolution and contract management
- Experience in development of Business Case (including cost/benefit analysis, etc.)
- Experience in creating and leading high performance delivery teams
- Experience in large IT infrastructure (data centres, networking, security, end user devices) implementation projects
- Proficiency in English language
