Test Technician

To support our growth, we are looking for a Test Technician to join our Test and Validation Team. You will be responsible for the daily operation of the test bench to execute test procedures and durability testing of EV motors.

In addition, you will perform the end of line testing of customer motors and support test bench commissioning and modification work when required.

**This is what you’ll do**:

- Testing of prototypes and pre-series of state-of-the-art yokeless axial flux motors and power electronics.
- Supporting test engineers with the preparation and implementation of test procedures for conducting tests on our test bench.
- Assembly of test set-ups, including installation and maintenance of mechanical test tooling, electrical connections, cooling systems, and data collection systems.
- Continually improve our test procedures, test reporting and reduce the changeover time in close collaboration with the test team.

**Who are we looking for?**
- Hands-on experience working in a test environment in electrical/mechanical testing, preferably electrical motors or power electronics or equivalent.
- Technical degree (bachelor level, or equal by experience).
- Experience setting up and safely operating test equipment to standard operating procedures in a high voltage environment.
- Ability to read, update and execute test procedures.
- Capable of problem-solving and debugging of electrical systems and measurements.
- Excellent observation skills to ensure good test data collection.
- You can work independently as well as in a team.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
