In addition to our headquarters in Antwerp, we have our own production and assembly facility for Nobi lamps in Aartselaar.

**WHO** **ARE WE LOOKING FOR**?**

For our location in Aartselaar, we are looking for an SMD Operator.
You are responsible for placing components on printed circuit boards using an SMD machine.
You ensure the optimal operation of the SMD production line, based on drawings, machine programming, and work instructions.
You are involved in both preparation, execution, and other tasks to ensure that the production process runs as smoothly as possible.
As it concerns a specialized SMD line, internal training is provided

**Responsibilities**:

- Supplying the machine with components
- **Programming **and operating the machine;
- Checking that production phases are running smoothly
- **Detecting **and **remedying **minor technical defects
- Carrying out necessary quality checks;
- Maintaining production equipment & work environment

**Must Have**:

- You have an **A2 degree** in electromechanics or 7th year training in electrical installation techniques (or equivalent through experience)
- **Hands-on approach** and thinking in terms of solutions
- Technical insight
- You are **meticulous **and able to work in an environment where accuracy is of great importance
- Good knowledge of **English**

**Nice to have**:

- Basic knowledge of SMD machines
- You can work **independently **and take **initiative**:

- Drive and eagerness to learn
- Knowledge of **Dutch** is a plus but not a must
