Hub Coordinator

The company is looking for a HUB COORDINATOR/TEAM LEADER (M/F/x) for its rapidly expanding site in Willebroek.

**Role**:

- Lead your team and provide motivational coaching, normally from:

- 8pm to 4am
- or from 01:00 a.m. to 09:00 a.m.
- Manage and coordinate sorting teams.
- Report to the Hub Manager
- Keep losses, misses and damages as low as possible to meet high customer expectations.
- Ensure positive cooperation between all members of your team
- Work constantly to optimise productivity, efficiency and safety.
- Lead and motivate teams in a positive manner.
- Maintain a pleasant and constructive working atmosphere.
- Be a permanent point of contact for your staff.
- Assist the HUB/SITE Manager in the annual performance appraisal.
- Ensure that written procedures are followed.

**Profile**:

- Able to motivate a group
- Flexible (night work)
- Sense of initiative
- Honesty and reliability.
- Knowledge of: Dutch/English or French/English
