As a Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting functional analysis and change management activities. Reporting directly to the Account Manager PMO, you will collaborate with a team. Your primary tasks will involve eliciting, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements, translating requirements into specifications, participating in project execution, and contributing to change management activities.
**Mission**:
Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements using various techniques.
Conduct root cause analysis to ensure proposed solutions address underlying needs.
Translate requirements into specifications.
Validate outputs to ensure they meet user and strategic expectations.
Configure required changes in systems.
Execute tasks defined by project managers as part of projects.
Engage with project managers to ensure own parts of the project plan are appropriate and realistic.
Stay informed about internal and external activities that may impact projects.
Produce and maintain user documentation in collaboration with stakeholders.
Support developers in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
Assist project managers in executing appropriate change management activities.
**Profile**:
Bachelor's, master's degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Native-level English proficiency.
Proficiency in functional or business analysis techniques.
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.
Aptitude for learning new tools and understanding complex data structures.
Application of theory (functional or business analysis) in practice.
