ENGAGEMENT MANAGERS_** are the on-scene leaders who run our projects day to day. You will lead the team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial thought process through convergence on a solution. You will ensure that recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant and cohesive. It’s a role that demands thought leadership at the strategic level - and command of all the technical and operational details of execution. You will need great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships.

**Responsibilities across the Associate and Engagement Manager role includes**:

- Managing the execution of individual project modules; developing hypotheses and analyses, conducting primary and secondary research, and surfacing insights
- Supporting our Partner group in project delivery through accurate and high-quality project execution
- Owning and developing executive client relationships and presenting to a wide range of audiences
- Management of junior team; effectively providing leverage for the senior project staff

**DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**
- 4-10 years of relevant experience, ideally with a top-tier strategy consulting firm (or other similar organizations)
- Natural problem-solving mindset
- Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
- Outstanding communication skills (both written and oral communication); confidence in presenting to senior executives
- Ability to work collaboratively in an international team environment
- Advanced graduate degree and excellent academic record
- Willingness to travel
- Fluency in French and/or Dutch and English is required
