**JSC Beerse is in search of a Team coach to join the Eye Care department.**

Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager Eye Care, you will join the Eye Care production plant where sterile eye drop products are manufactured to the highest standards by using aseptic processing techniques.

In this role you will be supervising operators in a multi shift system (early/late) and will be responsible for the good performance of your team and its individual team members as well as the quality of the products manufactured. You are expected to build process expertise of our aseptic filling and packaging area and will ensure that your team is performing and developing in line with our Credo and J&J values.

Your task as teamcoach Eye Care includes also:

- Set up your team and ensure training of the operators in your team to ensure all eye-drop filling and packaging activities are performed in a safe and cost-efficient way, following Good Manufacturing Principles
- Team up with our partnering departments:

- Quality Assurance: you support the investigation of incidents/discrepancies and drive the appropriate preventive and corrective actions
- Planning: you deliver the weekly planned volumes following the agreed priorities
- Maintenance/Engineering: you represent our department in projects and take ownership of any actions required to deliver the project objectives
- You guarantee your team operates in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and Environmental, Health & Safety standards by acting as a role model, performing risk analyses and performing check rounds. You provide training and instructions and ensure your team is demonstrating the required behavior and remains in a state of control.
- You breathe continuous improvement by learning from events and stimulating your team members to think with us to improve in terms of safety, quality, compliance, cost or customer service.

- Someone with minimum an oriented bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in sterile manufacturing is a plus but can be compensated with a high level of eagerness to learn and quickly gain relevant insights.
- An individual who feels that **safety and quality **is of paramount importance
- Somebody who is **continuously improving **and can persuade people to take part in the improvement
- You provide on the job training to operators when new projects and new technologies or if existing processes are changed.
- Someone who masters the Dutch language and has some basic knowledge of English.
