Agfa’s “logistics, supply chain & customer operations” department is looking for a Global (Business) Master Data & Reporting Manager who will be responsible for the current Central Master Data and Reporting teams and enabler for the planned business and process transformation activities.
In the Central Master Data team there are 3 roles:
- Custodian of the data repository, new implementations and projects
- SAP master data entry, maintenance and support
- Running business supporting algorithms, calculation of parameters
In the Reporting team there are 3 roles:
- Projects and new implementations
- Daily processing & business reporting (e.g. data enrichment calculations, publications)
- Training and support
Within the current Agfa’s diverse system landscape, you coordinate further master data & reporting standardization & improvements, always looking for best practice end-to-end processes.
You ensure collected data is of high quality, harmonized, enriched to generate well defined reports and publications.
You operate above organizational and computing “data silos” to drive common approaches within the department.
During the transformation process you will be responsible to define the business (master) data end-to-end reporting process transformation.
This implies the set-up of a complete new operational (master) data governance with related end-to-end reporting processes. Collaboration with the ICS Innovation & Enterprise architecture team is key to guarantee easy accessibility and usage of the business owned data.
You are always in search for the “best practice” end-to-end information processes, development of relevant KPI’s and the possibility to transform data into useful information.
You participate in operational development activities and brainstorm sessions and you introduce innovating ideas for information improvement and visualization concepts. You set up the longer term reporting strategies to improve the overall business performance.
**Profile**
- You have a master degree (computer science, mathematics, information technology or similar) and acquired at least 10 years of experience within (master) data governance, data strategy, data architecture and end-to-end information processes;
- You understand the importance of change management in the implementation of data and information management strategies;
- You are aware of the challenges related to the set-up of a data & analytics-driven organization;
- You are passionate about digital transformation, data management, data governance, data quality and analytics;
- You are a strategic thinker and you have the ability to execute operational activities;
- You think in a solution oriented way and you are the change facilitator for data related topics;
- You have an analytical mindset, a structured approach and experience with conceptual data modelling;
- You are able to connect and communicate with all levels in the organization;
- You have strong moderation, presentation and communication skills;
Current: SAP / SAP BI, MS Office, Power BI. Future: S4 HANA, MDG, BW4 HANA, DI, PO, CPI, MS Office, Power BI, Azure;
- You are fluent in English, both written as spoken.
