We are currently looking for a GL Accountant to join an international FMCG company located in Brussels.

Our client is actively looking for an experienced accountant to reinforce its team and to be in charge of the general accounting for Benelux’ entities.
**Function**:
- Perform general ledger reconciliations
- Conduct general ledger’s analysis, process review and reporting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end closing
- Calculate and prepare VAT, Intrastat & tax declarations
- Control that all entries are in line with IFRS & BE GAAP
- Handle audit preparation
- Preparation of annual statutory accounts and consolidation for 5 companies
**Profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. A Master is a plus
- At least 4 years of experience in the Accounting domain
- You speak French and English fluently
- You are known for being rigorous, analytical and precise in your work
- Flexible and courageous, you are not scared to do the extra-miles
- Your interpersonal and communicative skills allow you to create professional relationships and to collaborate easily with external and internal partners
