**Skipr is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Brussels or Paris hybrid working freelance or employee)**:
Through an all-in-one solution to manage corporate **mobility**, Skipr supports companies in their transition towards a more sustainable mobility for their employees. Easily connect and manage any mobility services

To support its growth, Skipr is looking for a **Senior Product Manager**.
The Senior Product Manager is in charge of discovering and building great products to help us achieve Skipr’s vision. He is responsible for the whole process end-to-end, from strategy to execution. He takes part in every step of the product development process alongside Designer, and Engineers, and partners closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the products we deliver align closely with the company’s objectives, including sales, customer success, solutions engineering, support, and the sales team. The Senior Product Manager will be in charge of his/her own multi-disciplinary squad. He or She will reports to the CPO (Chief Product Officer)
**Main tasks of the Senior Product Manager**:
- Shape the long term vision and product strategy together with the Product team
- Define the key results that will help achieve the company's goals
- Dig into the opportunities and problems that are worth solving for our customers and the business
- Constantly create and optimize processes to streamline the product development
- Bring us closer to our customers, being in constant dialog with them
- Work with the product development teams to shape ideas, narrow down problems and support the development process of our products
- Improve our data literacy, constantly optimizing our tracking plan with Segment and Amplitude, sharing the learnings with the team.
- BS/MS degree in technical engineering or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 4 years experience in product management and ideally in a tech strat-up
- Proficient at Product Discovery, constantly seeking to get closer to understanding the user problems that are worth solving
- Analytics skills : enabling the team to measure its progress across all platforms
- Passionate about UX and pay close attention to UI details
- Good technical understanding
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Perfectly fluent in English
