As a maintenance technician, you play an important role within the company: you ensure that all machines operate as they should. Your task is twofold: 1. Preventive maintenance (20%) You keep the machines and installations clean and lubricated. If necessary, you also adjust them. This way, you can avoid a large number of defects or malfunctions. You also efficiently maintain a stock of spare parts and tools for the various installations and machines. 2. Corrective maintenance (80%) If a malfunction occurs, you will locate and solve it. You inspect the operation of the equipment and pay attention to all critical points. You check whether the malfunction is mechanical or electrical in nature. You will read and investigate the error message. To avoid such defects in the future, you also look for opportunities to optimize existing processes and installations. Throughout all your tasks, you always emphasize safety as an absolute priority. You do this by conscientiously adhering to safety procedures and obligations, and by maintaining a clean and orderly work environment to avoid and eliminate risks. You will start working at our client according to the principle of job option permanent.
