Key Accountabilities

As a Technical Advisor Bakery, you will:

1. Delight customers by conducting bakery product demonstrations and providing high-level training, showcasing our innovative finished goods and concepts.
2. Develop cutting-edge products by identifying market trends and collaborating with our business development teams.
3. Drive business growth through technical support and fostering strong relationships with customers, helping to identify new opportunities.
4. Support product innovation by offering technical input in product development and assisting in product launches.
5. Build a strong network with industry partners and contribute to the international technical community.

Who are we looking for?

You have:

1. Expertise in Bakery/Pastry with at least 10 years of hands-on experience.
2. Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to inspire and educate.
3. Commercial mindset with proven ability to drive business outcomes.
4. Willingness to travel globally (up to 25% of the time).
5. Knowledge of ingredients, processes, equipment, and digital tools.
6. We embrace the fact that you can potentially bring in international complementary techniques.
