At Bizzy, we're building a marketing engine from the ground up, and we need a Marketing Ninja - Student Edition to help us scale fast. ( long term - 2 days per week))

? What You'll Be Doing

- Manage our social media – Own and execute our LinkedIn and organic social strategy, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence.

- Write and optimize our newsletter – Craft compelling copy, analyze performance, and experiment with ways to improve engagement.

- Support content creation– Help develop blog posts, gated content, case studies, and more.

- Collaborate on campaigns – Work alongside marketing and sales to execute inbound lead generation initiatives.

- Analyze & improve – Track key metrics to refine our approach and boost engagement.

? What Makes You a Great Fit

- You're a student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

- You have a strong interest in digital marketing and social media

- You love to write compelling content and can adapt tone and style for different audiences.

- You're comfortable using tools like Canva, HubSpot, or social media scheduling platforms (or eager to learn).

- You're proactive, creative, and not afraid to bring new ideas to the table.

- You speak and write fluently in English and Dutch.
