Job Description

As an IP Lawyer in the IP practice group, you will:

1. Advise on Cutting-Edge IP Matters

- Work on high-profile cases involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, know-how, software, and domain names.

- Provide innovative legal solutions to protect intellectual property for world-renowned brands and technologies.

2. Engage in Diverse and Complex Work

- Handle standalone IP files (advice, transactions, and litigation) and contribute to larger, multidisciplinary projects involving corporate, finance, competition, and tax law.

- Address unique challenges in unexplored legal areas, combining creativity with a strong client-focused approach.

3. Collaborate Internationally

- Partner with legal and commercial departments of multinational clients, navigating both local and cross-border matters.

- Be part of a globally integrated team, working on complex deals and disputes across Europe and worldwide.

4. Shape the Future of IP Law

The Successful Applicant

- We are looking for an enthusiastic IP lawyer with 1-3 years of experience, specializing in IP Law.
- The ideal candidate has a strong law degree, excellent drafting skills, and fluency in French or Dutch and English.
- You are creative, solution-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
- You excel in complex legal matters, have a commercial mindset, and enjoy working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
