I am seeking an experienced International Export Manager to drive sales and manage export operations within the retail industry. This role is based in Belgium and requires a strategic mindset and strong knowledge of international markets. They are a medium-sized organization with a focus on providing high-quality products to global markets. As an International Export Manager your responsibilities are: Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve business goals. Identify and establish relationships with international distributors and partners. Manage export operations, including logistics, documentation, and compliance with regulations. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. Negotiate contracts and pricing with international clients and partners. Monitor performance and provide regular sales reports to management. Represent the company at international trade shows and events. A successful International Export Manager should have: Proven expertise in export sales and international market development. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in export regulations and documentation.
