Dan hebben wij dé kans voor jou Als Klantendienstmedewerker Invest bij BNP Paribas ben jij het eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten en begeleid je hen bij hun investeringsvragen. Je helpt hen de juiste keuzes te maken en bouwt een vertrouwensrelatie op. Ervaring is geen vereiste Wij bieden een uitgebreide opleiding en coaching, zodat jij je kan ontwikkelen tot een echte expert. Wat ga je doen? - Klanten helpen en adviseren: Je beantwoordt vragen over onze Invest-diensten en helpt klanten bij hun financiële keuzes. - Beleggingsorders verwerken: Je voert orders correct in en volgt ze nauwkeurig op. - Kansen spotten: Je herkent commerciële opportuniteiten en schakelt met je team om klanten proactief verder te helpen. - Klantmails behandelen: Je zorgt voor heldere en snelle communicatie via e-mail. - Je ontwikkelen als expert: Je leert alles over beleggingen en financiële markten, zodat je een echte specialist wordt Profiel Wat breng je mee? - Een bachelordiploma in een economische of financiële richting, of een sterke interesse in de financiële sector. - Goesting om te leren: Je hebt geen ervaring nodig, wij begeleiden je stap voor stap - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden: Je helpt klanten graag en legt makkelijk contact. - Digitale skills: Je bent vertrouwd met online tools en moderne technologieën. - Talenkennis: Nederlands is een must, extra talen zoals Frans, Engels of Duits zijn een pluspunt.
