In dit team zet jij als Senior Compliance Investigator je talent en ervaring in om de strijd tegen financiële criminaliteit kracht bij te zetten. Je werkt samen met meer dan 50 collega's, alsook interne en externe stakeholders buiten je team. Samen zijn jullie de second line of defense in de strijd tegen financiële criminaliteit, een maatschappelijk thema dat niemand onberoerd laat. Functieomschrijving - Je voert complexe onderzoeken uit naar financiële criminaliteit. - Je beslist welke verdachte gebeurtenissen gemeld moeten worden aan de CFI. - Je ontwikkelt en implementeert strategieën om compliance te waarborgen. - Samen met interne en externe stakeholders identificeer en mitigeer je risico's. - Je stelt gedetailleerde rapporten en aanbevelingen op voor het management. - Je neemt een actieve of leidende rol op in projecten . - Kan er iets beter aan onze huidige processen? Jij evalueert ze kritisch. Op die manier draag je bij aan de continue ontwikkeling en verbetering van onze processen, procedures en beleid op het vlak van compliance. Profiel - Je hebt een bachelor- of een masterdiploma en 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige rol. - Dankzij relevante werkervaring heb je een goede kennis van financiële fraude en de processen rond KYT, KYC en AML . Je kijkt ernaar uit om die kennis verder te verdiepen. - Je hebt uitstekende analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden . Datagericht werken en data analyseren spreken je aan. Heb je er ervaring mee? Nog beter - Je kijkt ernaar uit om projectmatig te werken en bestaande processen te optimaliseren. - Net zoals je collega's neem je graag initiatief, ben je integer en heb je een sterk moreel kompas . - Je communiceert gestructureerd, helder en overtuigend in het Nederlands en Engels .
