Ben jij een gedreven functionele analist die de brug slaat tussen de business en IT? Heb je een passie voor het ontwerpen van oplossingen die niet alleen voldoen aan de eisen, maar deze overtreffen? Kom dan ons team versterken Vertalen van business requirements: Je evalueert de behoeften van de business en vertaalt deze naar gedetailleerde functionele ontwerpen. Je denkt kritisch na over alternatieven om de beste oplossing te bieden. Functioneel ontwerp: Jij stelt functionele ontwerpen op die integraal passen in het bestaande IT-landschap. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze ontwerpen technisch haalbaar zijn en voldoen aan de functionele eisen. Kwaliteit en uniformiteit bewaken: Je neemt de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van de oplossingen, organiseert reviews, voert functionele testen uit en zorgt voor regelmatige afstemming met de business. Applicatie-analyse: Je analyseert de werking, functionaliteit, prestaties en veiligheid van applicaties om potentiële verbeteringen of noodzakelijke aanpassingen te identificeren. Aanpassingen en verbeteringen: Je ontvangt aanvragen voor nieuwe applicaties of wijzigingen en vertaalt deze naar functionele ontwerpen voor verdere ontwikkeling. Projectopvolging: Je bewaakt de vooropgestelde planning van projecten, werkt zelfstandig en controleert de kwaliteit van de werkzaamheden van je collega's binnen je domein. Advies en voorstellen: Je zorgt ervoor dat de businessbehoeften goed begrepen worden, evalueert deze kritisch en stelt alternatieven voor betere IT-oplossingen voor aan het management. Testen: Jij definieert testcriteria, bedenkt testscenario's en zorgt ervoor dat de ontwikkelde oplossingen voldoen aan de voorafgestelde eisen. Je voert zowel functionele als acceptatietesten uit. User support: Je biedt ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers via trainingen, documentatie en het beantwoorden van vragen, zodat applicaties optimaal worden gebruikt. Implementatie: Je speelt een actieve rol in IT-projecten door applicaties voor te bereiden, aan te passen en te testen, zodat ze operationeel kunnen worden ge mplementeerd. Must-have: Bachelor in Informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring Minimaal 6 jaar ervaring met functionele en business analyse Goede kennis van software, databases en toepassingssoftware Sterk analytisch inzicht en een proactieve houding Vlotte communicatiestijl en oog voor detail Kennis van IT-methodieken zoals Enterprise Architect, Scrum en JIRA is een plus Ervaring met het uitvoeren van functionele en acceptatietesten Je kunt functioneren als aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers en andere stakeholders Nice-to-have: Ervaring met het coachen van collega's in het opstellen van functionele analyses Kennis van agile werkwijzen en ervaring met Scrum Ervaring in het werken met Enterprise Architect Je hebt ervaring in het opstellen van transitieplannen en het beheren van project scope Taalvereisten: Je beheerst het Frans en Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk Je hebt een goede kennis van Engels - Contracttype: onbepaalde duur - Werklocatie: Antwerpen en/of Brussel in combinatie met thuiswerken Desguinlei 92, 2018 Antwerpen Koningsstraat 151, 1210 Brussel - Extralegale voordelen: De P&V Groep biedt heel wat extralegale voordelen zoals maaltijdcheques, hospitalisatie- en groepsverzekering, ecocheques, een bedrijfsrestaurant, een cafetariaplan, flexibele werktijden en telewerkmogelijkheden, maar ook personeelskortingen bij verschillende partners (en een auto voor bepaalde functies).
