Dan is deze rol als Supplier Quality Engineer iets voor jou In deze functie ben je het primaire aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers bij kwaliteitsafwijkingen van grondstoffen en componenten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opvolgen, onderzoeken en documenteren van afwijkingen, kwalificaties en audits, en zorgt dat de leverancier de juiste correctieve en preventieve acties doorvoert. Jouw takenpakket: Behandelen van afwijkingen met betrekking tot aangekochte materialen (grondstoffen, componenten, process materials …) afkomstig van diverse afdelingen zoals labo, warehouse, productie of marktklachten Beoordelen van onderzoeken uitgevoerd door leveranciers en opvolgen van corrigerende en preventieve acties om herhaling te voorkome Voorbereiden van Key Account Meetings (KAM) met leveranciers om kwaliteitsscores te bespreken Uitvoeren van initiële kwalificaties en periodieke herkwalificaties van leveranciers. Uitvoeren van leveranciersaudits of reviewen van auditrapporten van externe auditgroepen Coördineren van complexe, crossfunctionele root cause onderzoeken Actief deelnemen aan projecten rond Incoming Control & Incoming Release Je beschikt over een hoger diploma in een wetenschappelijke discipline en hebt een sterke analytische ingesteldheid. Je bent communicatief sterk in Nederlands en Engels, schrijft technisch vlot en kan processen duidelijk documenteren. Je bent een teamspeler die projectmatig kan werken, prioriteiten kan afwegen en diplomatiek doch overtuigend communiceert richting interne en externe stakeholders. Ervaring met productie- en kwaliteitsonderzoeken is een voordeel. Je komt terecht in een jong, dynamisch en enthousiast team waar samenwerking centraal staat. Je krijgt de kans om leveranciers te coachen en processen te optimaliseren, terwijl je meewerkt aan diverse kwaliteitsprojecten.
