We are looking for a highly experienced Business Analyst with deep expertise in ERP systems and Data management to support the transition from an ERP system to SAP S4. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with functional streams such as Sales, procurement, and projects within an ERP system and a strong understanding of data migration processes. Fluency in Dutch is preferred, and the role requires effective collaboration with multiple teams.








Key responsibilities



Data Mapping: Assist in mapping data from the ERP system to SAP S4, ensuring accurate and seamless integration.

Data Cleansing: Perform data cleansing to prepare for migration, ensuring that all data is accurate and high quality.

Data Validation: Execute pre-migration and post-migration data checks to ensure data integrity and correctness.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in UAT, providing feedback, reviewing results with key users, and ensuring the migration is successful.

Key User Support (Part-Time): Provide part-time support to key users in Sales, procurement, and project management throughout the migration process.

Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and key users to address any data-related challenges and ensure the smooth execution of the migration.






Qualifications



Proven experience with ERP to SAP S4 migrations, with a focus on data management (cleansing, mapping, and validation).

Working with ERP - Axapta 5.0 is preferable.

Strong knowledge of Sales, procurement, and project management processes within ERP systems.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with Dutch language proficiency being an advantage.

Ability to work in a dynamic project environment, providing support to users and adapting to project needs.






Work Schedule: 3 days/week in 2024, transitioning to 5 days/week in 2025 (hybrid work model with on-site and remote work).
